Tinning and Solderability
|
| The tinning and solderability department was established at
the urging of our existing customers. The set up procedure included
extensive research in test procedures, equipment and training.
The tinning and solderability systems are DSCC approved to MIL-H-38534,
MIL-H-38535 AND MIL-STD-883, the inspectors and the operators
are certified to MILSTD-2000. |
| We also provide assembly services for prototype and small
lot printed circuit boards. We are capable of populating surface
mount and through hole boards. |

Calibrated equipment is essential in the development and
maintenance of quality
products. Without the known accuracy needed to design and
manufacture any product, the potential for failure is expounded.
We feel that the proper calibration is one of the most important
factors in attaining and maintaining the quality of the product.
The calibration department is established to provide you
with accurate measurements, performed with acceptable and
approved processes and equipment. The calibration personnel
are trained and experienced in servicing electronics equipment.
The department is headed by an electronic engineer and certified
electronic technicians.
